Set a private verification phrase and never use messaging-app search to locate a store bot, because fake replicas may appear. Never enter your phrase a second time when an unknown bot asks for it. Official stores will already have the phrase, and legitimate representatives will never message you asking for money.

Buying Crypto

If an order has a problem, first contact the store through its official bot. Most stores will try to resolve the issue. If no agreement is reached or there is no response, contact the marketplace support team through an official channel.
